Kurt Zerby entered the Real Estate Profession when he was licensed in 1980, and has been a top producing agent in Fremont County ever since. In the four decades as an agent, he has helped over 2,000 families find their new homes or other properties. Kurt closes nearly 75 Real Estate transactions each year by applying his expertise and marketing knowledge to each transaction.

Because of his high customer satisfaction rating, Kurt has built a solid foundation of repeat clients and referrals. Kurt’s exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business have formed the foundation of his career. Kurt has consistently been in the top 2% of agents in Fremont County and is currently the number agent for 2021.

As a firm believer in giving back, Kurt has been a supporter and advocate for the homeless and less fortunate in our community, and operates a nonprofit ministry. From 2006 through 2010, Kurt and his wife operated a rescue mission in the Canon City area and continue to donate to those in need and other area non-profits. Kurt is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and their children & grandchildren. When not working Kurt enjoys golf, skiing, reading, and yard work.

Jessica has been a part of Kurt Zerby Real Estate Group since September 2019; working as the energetic Transaction Coordinator/Assistant you see when you first walk into the office. She has extensive skills in coordinating contracts and disclosures, as well as other documents involved with any buyer and seller transaction.

Jessica also follows up on the various details involved with each purchase or sale once it goes under contract. She is knowledgeable and dedicated to keeping our clients informed every step of the way to ensure a pleasant and successful real estate experience. She also uses her unique strategies and techniques towards advertising/marketing for Kurt Zerby Real Estate Group.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being outside and going to the Royal Gorge Bridge with her cute red headed son, shooting billiards with her local pool league, and attending sporting events, and concerts whenever possible!

Zan is our newest employee with Kurt Zerby Real Estate Group. She is our Receptionist/Marketing Tech (aka our Flyer Girl!) Zan works part-time at our office and is a huge help with our marketing department. She prepares all our seasonal & monthly mail-outs.

Outside of work, Zan enjoys spending time with her adorable identical twin grandsons and family, kayaking, and enjoying the beauty of Colorado, as she is a Texas transplant, she has only been in Colorado for two years.
